Extended Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We confidently stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. In addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law, we offer an extended 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return within this 90-day period under the terms outlined herein.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund under this Guarantee, the item must be:

• In its original, unworn, and unused condition.

• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  Returns must be initiated within the 90-day window. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at projection@quasarvortex.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship returns without an authorized RMA and prepaid return label; unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be refused at the warehouse.

Upon approval, a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions will be issued. You are responsible for securely packaging the item and returning it to the designated address within 14 days of receiving the RMA instructions. The designated return address is: UNITED STATES

4. Extended Legal Warranty Against Defects
This 90-Day Guarantee constitutes a legal warranty that the goods are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid internationally for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, regardless of the purchaser's country of residence. This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any mandatory statutory warranty rights provided by the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Damages, Defects, & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us at projection@quasarvortex.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will provide a prompt solution, which may include a prepaid return label for a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective:

• Any product that has been used, worn, washed, or is not in its original condition.

• Items purchased during a final sale or promotional event, as clearly marked.
  This policy is uniformly applied to all customers globally.

7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-10 business days of arrival at our facility), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your original payment method, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment processor.

8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures the fastest and most accurate fulfillment.

9. General Provisions & International Applicability

• Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles, while recognizing the mandatory consumer protection laws of the purchaser’s country of residence.

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this Guarantee is limited exclusively to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

• EU & UK Consumers: Notwithstanding the above 90-Day Guarantee, consumers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt for any reason. The conditions in Sections 2 and 3 of this policy apply to the exercise of this right.

• Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction.
